The wealthy rulers of the city spent lavishly to attract the greatest artists in the world, who would create some of the most magnificent artworks in all of human history. The names of these artists echo through the history of art: Michelangelo, Botticelli, Raffaello, Leonardo da Vinci... In Florenza, the players are the heads of the most powerful families in Florenza during the Renaissance period, seeking to become the most famous patron of the arts by hiring the most famous artists of the period and financing their works.
