Blood Red Skies: British Spitfire - Ace

Adolf `Sailor` Malan was one of Churchills original `few` who fought the Luftwaffe to a standstill during the Battle of Britain where he scored 18 kills and helped revolutionise RAF tactics. Before joining up in 1937, Malan had served in the merchant Navy gaining the `Sailor` nickname whidch stuck with him throughout the war. A fine tactician, his war end tally was 27 enemy aircraft.
