How can I cancel an order that hasn't shipped?

Please promptly reach out to us via the Contact Us form. We'll cancel your order and return a full refund.

How long do I have to return an item?

Please initiate a return request within 14 days of delivery, and then ship the return within 7 days of requesting the return.

Will I get a full refund if I return?

For US domestic orders, we refund the full amount of the order.

For international orders, we do not refund shipping or customs fees, but do refund the cost of items sold.

When will I get my money back?

Depending on the cost of the order, we may elect to submit your refund as soon as the return tracking number activates. For more expensive items, we wait till delivery so that we can inspect the contents. In those cases, you will receive your refund in no more than 2 business days.

Can I take my refund as store credit?

By default, we issue a charge back to the card that was used to place the purchase. However, you can request store credit instead.

The item arrived damaged, but I can tolerate it.

If the item is damaged, but you want to keep it anyways, then please send us a photo and description of the damage. We'll most likely offer you appropriate store credit for the inconvenience.

The item is the wrong size, color, etc. Can I exchange it?

Yes. Reach out and we'll initiate the return process but offer you store credit instead of a charge back. You can immediately use that credit to re-purchase the item that you wanted.

Who pays return shipping?

For US domestic orders, we offer free return shipping. However, you must get the return shipping label from us.

For internationaly orders, we ask that you pay the return shipping.

Where do I send my return to?

Please initiate a return request with us. We'll provide you with a return shipping label. Simply print it out and tape it over the original label.
