Where is my stuff?

Please login if you havn't already and navigate to order history, and then select your order to see more details. There, you should find tracking information.

If it's been more than 3 business days since you placed your order and it hasn't shipped; or it has shipped and it's been more than 3 business days since tracking details updated, then please consider reaching out to us via our contact form.

Where can I find the tracking number?

We place the tracking number in various places to make it easy to find.

  1. When the order shipped, you should have received a shipping notice via email. That email has your tracking number. If there are multiple shipments, you will receive an email per shipment as it goes out.
  2. If you paid via Paypal, then your paypal account has a copy of the transaction. We update the transaction with the tracking number.
  3. If you purchased through a marketplace, like Amazon or Ebay, then your tracking number will be updated in the order details at those respective platforms.
  4. You can login and access your order history at any time. The order detail view will list your tracking numbers
  5. Some platforms may also send SMS notifications if you opted into them.

Can I reroute a shipped package?

Up ontill we ship the package, you can reach out to us and request an address change. However, once the package has been dropped off at the carrier, we don't have the ability to change the destination address.

What if my package as undeliverable?

If the package is undeliverable, then your local post master will most likely reach out to you at the phone number provided during shipping. At that time, you can provide an alternative address.

Undeliverable packages are typically returned to us. If that happens, we'll reach out to you to see if you'd like a refund or to have it reshipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do, but are not able to take orders via the site for international shipments.

If you are interested in placing an order, please reach out to use. We'll respond promptly with a shipping quote. If you are comfortable with that cost, then we'll invoice you via Paypal.

Depending on demand, we may formally add international shipping to this site.

Is shipping really free?

Yes, for US domestic orders, we include the cost of shipping into the item's cost.

What does "Ships Same or Next Day" mean?

This means that we have that item available on hand and are ready to immediately ship it. Depending on the timeing, it'll go out with USPS's next pickup. This is typically 4pm on week days or noon on Saturdays.

What does "Ships in 3-5 days" mean?

This means that we don't have the item in stock at our shipping facility, so it must be transferred from a warehouse to the shipping facility before being sent to you. This delays shipping by upto 5 days.

What shipping method do you use?

Most packages go out by 2-day or 3-day USPS priority mail. This does indeed mean that you should receive your package in 2-3 days after being shipped.

For large or heavy orders, we may elect to use UPS Ground. Delivery is still typically in 2-3 days.

Do you drop ship?

No. We stock and ship all our inventory ourselves.

Will you drop ship for me?

Reach out to us and ask about your needs, but the most likely answer is no. Our inventory requires special licensing with our distributors and that prevents resale of that nature.
